You’re the person who loves crafting a good story. You know how to create content people feel and sparks MAD FOMO and discussion. You prob love Coffee & Chill, you know social wellness and run clubs are the new pickleball, and you want to tell all your friends you know everything about sauna, cold plunging, and are at the ground floor shaping what will be THE brand creating a cultural movement.

You’ll help grow Hideout’s brand, engagement, and memberships while shaping the visual tone of the movement.

Break the rules. You HATE boring, rinse and repeat content.

→ Comp: Unlimited Hideout access — sauna, plunge, crew perks, content collabs, and creative freedom. $100 paid for every 100 followers earned ($1 for every follow i.e. 5K followers = $5,000). No, bots and mining off-shore doesn’t count 😜. Caps at $10K (this runs June-October, if you get past 10K, you’re the world’s best content creator 🤭.

→ Requirements:

• Curate & post minimum 3x/week on IG (tiktok is bonus)
• Comfortable making reels, voiceovers, and skits & bits (use your imagination, run wild with it, and have fun…no rules).
• Basic photography skills
• On-camera presence is a nice-to-have, but not required
• Be available to shoot content during peak times or events (schedule is flexible)
